"Nath's music is like if you mixed the best of a hobbit and an elf together. Earthy and cozy, but clear and ethereal."
After watching her older sister sing at church as a child, Nath decided that she, too, could sing, because that's how being related works. She eventually picked up the guitar and started writing because she wanted to be exactly like her older brother. Essentially, she owes everything to her siblings.
During her college years, she landed in Richmond, VA, where she fell in love with the city and the music community.
She released her first EP, 'Sirens', during her time at JMU, followed by a full-length album titled 'The Flames that Forge Us' recorded alone in her brother's living room. Thanks to the generosity of friends, family and strangers, she was able to record her EP 'Nath', in 2020, at Full Circle Recording in Chester, VA.
In 2022, she released several singles like "Let's Save Hyrule Together," a pop collaboration with friends for her best friend's wedding anniversary, and "Everything I Have," a song written for a friend's sermon on Jesus' parable of the prodigal son.
Since coming to Richmond, she's been able to be involved with groups like the River City Songwriters and Tribl Records, as well as lots of life-giving co-writes with good friends.
She currently writes with organization The Giving Notes Project and writes on commission for others.
You can find all of her music wherever music is sold & streaming.
